Is It HIPAA Compliant?
While HIPAA compliance is not required for this software, the creator is aware of HIPAA transaction best practices as the founder who works as Civil Engineer e.g Critical Infrastructure and the Software Lead worked in the Healthcare Industry for several years. That is why SERALYNX LLC focus more on implementing the best security practices rather than having a fancy user interface.
Note that to determine HIPAA compliance, a rigorous audit will need to be performed to see how your organization is set up in terms of security implementation of different security control attributes. If you have strong security controls that can pass the HIPAA compliance audits, then using this software is a good complementation for your organization’s security.
Is this transferable to other editions?
Unfortunately No! this is due to the fact that the other edition is in different settings for security purposes. Note that recreating such settings, username and password is easy if you decided to use a higher edition.
