Your security is very important to us and we deliver the product to you via encrypted file (PGP) with your public key or AES protected zip file otherwise. The latter applies to any non-free editions of our product and to ensure only delivered to the intended customer. If you are registered or an existing customer it is a good practice to contact us from your profile page under the help tab with your account on this website.

Also, If you send a piece of sensitive information or attachments to us please download our PGP public key and use it for encryption.

If you do not have a PGP generator please download the software from Gpg4win – Secure email and file encryption with GnuPG for Windows.
