Although PORTA SFTP SERVER does not issue refunds for any order or renewal fees, you can cancel any active membership under your account to prevent this from happening in the future.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Login to PORTA SFTP SERVER’s website
– Go to My Account
– Click the “Subscriptions” Tab
– Remove your subscription
Note. After the subscription removal, you have 30 days to reactivate it, otherwise, you need to buy the product again at the full price (Only if wish to come back using the updated product).
