Ho To Cancel Membership?

While we do not issue refunds for any order or renewal fees, you can cancel any active membership under your account to prevent these charges from happening in the future. If so, this also means that you will no longer be able to receive any updates and support for the software. Although the latter is true, you are still entitled to use the software as it is perpetual after the membership cancellation.

To cancel, please follow these steps:

– Login
– Go to My Account
– Click the “Subscriptions” Tab
– Remove your subscription

Please, remove the automatic payment from your Paypal account as well.

Note. After the subscription removal, you have 30 days to reactivate it, otherwise, you need to rebuy the product at the full price (Only if you wish to come back using the updated product).

If you do not have an active subscription, please do not attempt to log in, as auto-banning and other malicious event detections are enabled on our website for security purposes.
